Returns
1] For orders (product cost - not including shipping charge)
Orders less than $100 are covered by our unconditional 30 day return
policy. Simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment,
toll-free at 1-888-366-8646 or via email at returns@quadroframes.com
to arrange for return.
Returned product must be in useable condition for a refund to be issued.
Original (outgoing) shipping charges will be re-imburse, however,
return shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

Orders over $100 can be returned STRICTLY AT OUR DISCRETION. If there
is any doubt on the suitability of our products for a particular
application we recommend a small (less than $100), risk free initial
purchase.
Any authorized return over $100 will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee .
Product must be in usable condition to receive credit.
Shipping charges are NOT re-imbursed.
Shipping
All orders are assembled and shipped from our Worcester, MA 01605
facility in the USA.
Parcels ship via Fedexground (1-5 business days within the Continental
USA) and Fedex (Express Service).
Order Tracking information is automatically delivered to the email
address provided with your customer account.
Ground shipping cost will not exceed published Fedexground rate for an
originating zip of 01605 and actual weight of order being shipped.
Express shipping is available and billed at carriers list rate.
We do not apply handling charges or other surcharges to the published rates.
Multi-carton orders are consolidated to minimize shipping cost.
Parcels shipped via other carriers may incur additional handling charges.
Large orders ship LTL motorfreight when appropriate.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Because orders often include fragile material (glass etc.), it is
impossible to completely avoid shipping damage.
CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND REPORT DAMAGES
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT!
Damaged goods should NOT be discarded until we have been informed. If
damage is extensive we reserve the right to file claim with the
carrier who may retrieve the damaged goods for inspection.
We will issue a full refund or replace at no charge all damaged
product reported within the specified period.
Defective product is replaced free of charge, however, we reserve the
right to inspect defective product before replacing.
Price Guarantee
We manufacture most items offered on our website. We will beat any
competitor's pricing on equivalent products of similar quality and
quantity. Our guarantee applies to regularly stocked product lines
and does not extend to closeouts, bankrupcties or other one-time
offers.
Payment
ONLINE ORDERS are processed on a Secure Web Site (SSL).
Credit Cards are billed no sooner than 24 hours before orders ship.
Net 30 terms are available on approved credit.
We do NOT accept COD orders.
Orders paid by personal check will ship when funds clear, this may
take 7-10 working days.
Samples
Due to the large number of requests we do not provide free samples.
General
Most products are sold in full cases only (6 or 12 frames per case).
Minimum order is 1 case (If it is on the webpage, it is considered a case).
For smaller orders contact us for a retailer in your area.
If we do not have a retailer in your area for a particular style of
product we can supply small orders directly. Contact us for a quote.
Frames are fully functional and include all components, however, they
are NOT packaged for individual retail sale.

Customer information is kept confidential, we do not sell or share
mailing lists with 3rd parties.
